The Annual Sanaa Mahari Walk for Missing and Murdered Teens
The First Saturday in August | Richland Northeast High School, Columbia, SC

The purpose of the Annual Walk is to honor the lives of teens/young adults in the Midlands lost to teen murder and community violence.  Each year, MOST raises funds to gift to parents who have recently lost their children by way of gun/community violence.  Once we honor a youth, that youth would continue to be honored each year unless the family notifies us otherwise and decides to have the youth removed from the presentation.  However, families are only eligible to be gifted one time.  The criteria is as follows:

Teen/youth lost within two years

Families MUST attend three (3) required meetings (one to include the actual Walk)

Parent must have legal guardianship/ relationship with the deceased (contact MOST for more details)

Parents are asked to share MOST information with another grieving parent.
